 The
target is that to anticipate the customers' requirements
in terms of goods traffic management, warehouse
handling, consignment procedures, to set up an
effective relationship with the distributors.
The C. P. Italia has equipped its Supply and Transport
department with computerized programs and the
packaging and consignment areas with modern automatized
machinery ensuring rapid and precise packing and
extreme flexibility to varying packaging types
and sizes.
Each piece of packing equipment has: shaping machine,
automatic tape machine, and labeller for the real-time
printing and the application of the label carrying
all the product identification data and the EAN
13 codes.
In the pallet station, the pallets are wrapped
up in stretchable films.
The costumers' orders are carried out according
to their different requirements both in terms
of time and other details, and all the data are
stored in our data bank so as to know the state
of the order in real time.
The goods are stocked in modern large stores:
the stocking area covers a total surface of beyond
15,000 roofed sqm (with an average stock of beyond
15,000,000 litres of paints) thus allowing to
fill the orders within 4/5 working days from the
receipt date.
We entrust some of the most important national
couriers.
